  1. Lrz/Lsz is a cosmetically modified zmodem/ymodem/xmodem package built from the
  2. public-domain version of Chuck Forsberg's rzsz package.  This package contains
  3. NO code from later releases of rzsz which would preclude it from being released
  4. under the GPL.

  6. Lrz/Lsz was created to provide a working GNU copylefted zmodem solution for
  7. the Debian GNU/Linux distribution, although it will work for any Linux
  8. system.
  9.  
  10. Please note that credit should be given to Chuck Forsberg (rzsz) and Stephen
  11. Satchell/Satchell Evaluations (crc routines) for this package, any
  12. modifications by myself were minor and merely introduced to better mesh rzsz
  13. with the standard Linux communications programs.
